Notice for booking accompanying consultation service:
1. Elderly people over 70 years old, individuals with heart disease, severe illnesses, paralysis, those using prohibited drugs, critically ill patients, patients with infectious diseases, and mental illness patients are not accepted. Prior notification of past medical history or sudden illnesses is required
2. Children, individuals with low intelligence, disabled individuals, and patients with mobility difficulties require the accompaniment of one family member
3. All accidents that occur during the service period and beyond shall be borne by Party A
4. No advance payment for any expenses, only accompany for diagnosis, no signature
5. A half deposit is required upfront. If the appointment is not kept or the person disappears during the service, the deposit will not be refunded. The balance will be paid based on the actual duration of the accompanying service after it is completed
